NOTE 10 – RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS In March 2017, the Company entered into an agreement with Mettler Limited Partnership, a related party of Thomas A. Barron, President of Capital City Bank and a director of the Company, to acquire a $1,000,000 loan participation interest in a loan originated by Capital City Bank. This transaction was reviewed and approved in accordance with the Company’s Related Party Transaction Policy. |
