NOTE 10 – RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS On June 15, 2016, the Company entered into a negotiated private transaction to repurchase 426,845 shares of its common stock from the Estate of Robert H. Smith, a 5% beneficial owner of the Company’s common stock. The purchase price per share was $14.50. The transaction was reviewed, processed and approved in accordance with the Company’s Related Party Transaction Policy. |
