DULUTH, Ga., May 6, 2026 – Capital City Bank announced the addition of Harper Lee Martin as a business banker, strengthening its commitment to serving business owners across Gwinnett County and the greater Duluth area. As businesses are seeking more responsive, relationship-driven banking support, Martin will focus on working directly with local business owners to provide lending, deposit and cash management solutions tailored to their needs, while delivering a more personal, local approach to banking.

Martin brings five years of banking experience with a focus on business banking, commercial lending and credit analysis. She works closely with clients to secure small business loans and other financing solutions tailored to their needs. She earned two bachelor’s degrees in business administration from Georgia Southern University in Statesboro, Georgia.
An active member of the Gwinnett Chamber and volunteer with the Presbyterian Church, Martin is engaged in the local business community. She has participated in outreach initiatives supporting underserved communities both locally and internationally, including the Make-A-Wish Foundation, the American Cancer Society and Operation Christmas Child. A Georgia native, originally from the Golden Isles region, Martin resides in the greater Duluth area. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling to the mountains and the coast and spending time with her pets, as she is an avid animal lover.
